Sport-Specific Strength Training

Our sport-specific strength training class focuses on full-body functional movements designed to match the demands of your game. You’ll mirror real sport actions, building a solid foundation, improving strength, and generating game-changing power.

Speed, Agility & JUmp Training

This high-energy class is designed to enhance acceleration, footwork, and reaction time through drills that improve speed, agility, and jumping abilities. Perfect for athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking to move quicker and perform better.

Family Fitness

Bring the whole family together for our Family Fitness class! Enjoy competitive fitness games that get everyone moving, laughing, and having fun while staying active. Perfect for all ages and fitness levels!

Little Minnows (3-10 Years)

In our Little Minnows class, kids ages 3-10 will dive into an exciting world of movement, fitness, and fun! Our young athletes will develop coordination, strength, and confidence through action-packed activities.

Move Better Now

Our Move Better Now class for teens and adults helps release stress, improve movement, and restore balance through a simple, self-performed activation sequence. Using full-body exercises, you'll enhance mobility, strength, and recovery.

HIIT THe Beach

Our HIIT THE BEACH class is a fast-paced, full-body workout for adults designed to burn calories, increase flexibility, build strength, and boost endurance. You’ll power through dynamic stations, alternating between high-intensity, flexibility, and recovery periods for an efficient workout.

Afterschool PE

Get your student moving with our After-School PE class! Designed for fun and activity, it’s the perfect place for kids to play, make friends, and stay active after a day in school.
